About Joy Norquist
|
|
| "I started All Creatures Great and Small (ACGS)
in October 1996 to combine my love of teaching and public speaking with my
respect for and fascination with earth’s creatures. I am extremely
lucky to be making a living doing what I love to do. The ACGS team includes invertebrates, amphibians, reptiles, mammals, and birds. My animal companions and I do an average of 200-plus programs each year. Whether we are visiting a school, participating in a community event, delivering a corporate training session, or even celebrating a birthday, each program blends entertainment and education. Participants learn lessons of respect, responsibility and the value of diversity. For example, Legends and "Folk Tails" is a popular youth program. In this program, live animals and Native American, African, Aboriginal, Eastern and Western legends teach lesson and morals about life and relationships. |

| Embrace the Tarantula, incorporates animals in business
settings to teach lessons on diversity, change and managing stress.
I hope you'll choose to "talk with the animals" of All Creatures Great and Small. Sincerely, Joy Norquist and friends |
